I've been to a few jewelry repair shops before, but my experience here was truly outstanding. I brought in a necklace that had a broken clasp, and not only did they repair it quickly, but the craftsmanship was exceptional. The staff was attentive and made me feel like a valued customer. They even cleaned my necklace for free, which was a lovely surprise! The only thing I would suggest is having a clearer sign outside; I almost missed the entrance. Overall, I was delighted with the service and the results, and I will definitely return for any future repairs. A wonderful spot for jewelry care!
